Andrea Chow (born January 8, 1974) is a Singaporean News Presenter and Producer for Channel NewsAsia.

Education

Andrea went to Nanyang Primary School and Singapore Chinese Girls' School and left Singapore at 16 to attend Mills College. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and did her Master’s degree in Education at Boston University before returning to Singapore in 1997.

Career

Andrea has worked at the Association of Banks in Singapore, the Centre for Business Excellence (Singapore Quality Award) at the Singapore Productivity and Standards Board (now SPRING Singapore), and the Public Service Division (Public Service Commission Secretariat) at the Prime Minister's Office (Singapore). She joined Channel NewsAsia in 2004 as a News Presenter and Producer and left the company in 2009 after having her first child.

Andrea has two children now – a 4 year-old boy and a 2 year-old girl – and has rejoined Channel NewsAsia since November 2011.
